I am a printmaker, using multiple techniques to make images. I grew up in the town of Moline, on the far south side of Grand Rapids. It is change that brings me to make artwork, such as decay, landscape or structural manipulation. As buildings I grew up knowing changed, I began to make images about them. I became especially interested in the history of the buildings and locations during the time that two historic buildings in my hometown were burned down. Those events sparked another interest of mine, which is getting the community involved in the work. To create images I use photography, digital manipulation, solvent transferring and etching.

I am a recent graduate of Grand Valley State University. I have earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Printmaking. I studied under Dellas Henke and Brett Colley.

I moved to Lansing in 2007 and am now making digital prints and drawings of changing landscapes and communities in the area. I am in the beginning stages of making etchings of these bodies of work.
